By creating an account on Mevwe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Mevwe is a shipment and delivery tracking platform that lets businesses create trackable shipments and share live status pages with their customers. The free plan includes 2 trial shipments. Paid plans are billed monthly and unlock higher shipment limits, team accounts, and additional features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for providing accurate information during registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of shipment and customer data you enter into the platform.
If you invite staff members to your account, you are responsible for managing their access and permissions. Each staff member should have their own login — credential sharing between team members is discouraged for security and accountability reasons.
You may not use Mevwe to:
Paid plans are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦). You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law.
Your use of Mevwe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We aim to keep Mevwe available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the platform from time to time.
Mevwe is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including issues arising from inaccurate shipment data entered by you or your team.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
